Will include high-performance training which will give you more power and endurance throughout the game. Our tractor tire, bleacher, pool, and track workouts will develop you into an "Elite Athlete"

 

Learning the Game

We will teach high-level offensive attack moves. Being smart on the floor by having a high basketball IQ will give you a huge advantage over your opponent. Learn more about the game by going over the game film with our trainers. Braking down your game performances and statistics.

Strength and Power

 
Strength training is a fundamental element for the physical conditioning of a basketball player. Its purpose is to improve explosive power and acceleration/speed around the court and to reduce the risk of joint and tendon injuries

Advanced Fundamental


Perfecting your basic fundamentals by advanced dribbling, shooting, and passing drills.  Working on defensive footwork, defensive slides, and rebounding.

Body Balance  Coordination

In order to prepare for training and competition a player who is balanced is able to learn more and perform at a higher level.

 

Basketball Fundamentals

The fundamentals include working on the little things that will make you better. We will work on your ball control, dribbling, passing, and shooting so you can perform at a high level when competing.
